I travel very often for work in Hershey and wanted to check this hotel, that had good revue. As I walked in the lobby on June 3dr the the lady was having here dinned at the front desk and I guest was very annoyed that I disturb here dinner. With a short conversation I was told that all I need to know is on the list, she have given me, which is I was fine. I get in the room 201 and I went to open the blinds to get some day light. After spending over 15 min to lift the blinds I call the front desk for help.
For my luck it was here and she is telling me that there is elect controls on the wall, my answerer is I did but it dos not work.
I had some one from the hotel come to see what is going on and help me out. Finally after 10 min even hi was not able to fix it, so he clime on the office chair and start rolling the blinds up. Then I was thinking that Im not going to seat on this chair, so I open the fridge to palace my beer to cool and I got to smell of fish.
My question is that I asked the clerk in the morning why they let this happen and why they didnt check ad see if the room is operationally good, for the amount of money I spent for that room this is wrong.
