A quick list of the good and the bad, as we saw it. GOOD: the bed was very comfortable! The ac/heat adjusted quickly and brought the room to the desired temperature easily. BAD: the desk clerk on checkin (evening) had a mask on covering her chin only with no actual ability to protect herself or anyone else. Our TV did not have cable reception. We asked for assistance, which was provided and was good until we changed the channel or turned the unit off. We were given a handicapped accessible room which we did not request. We had a shower and not a tub, and the shower head could not be adjusted higher than four feet. It was too difficult to hold the shower head while trying to lather up and shampoo. The room was clean except for a spider in the tissue dispenser (nature happens).

My reservation was transferred to the Comfort Inn instead which was ok by me. Everything went smoothly at check-in, the room was very clean. Bed could have been a little softer but all in all it was a nice stay.

I couldn’t rate the Fairfield Inn itself because I received an email On my drive up there that I had been bumped. Apparently Marriott loyalty premium members can bump non-loyalty members out if a hotel is full, even if non-loyalty members like me had a guaranteed reservation through Hotels.com. I was put in an inferior Comfort Inn but charged the same higher price I had guaranteed at Fairfield. Outrageous!

We had a great time at the Hotel. It's very clean and meets all safety requirements. The Staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Everything is well maintain and clean.

Good location and very clean. I was able to walk to dinner.

Nice family style restaurant nearby. Comfy rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

Was ok, nothing fancy. Needs to be cleaned more frequently. Receptionist frequently wasn’t at desk when needed. Key cards to rooms often had to be changed because they didn’t work.

The only down fall and wasn’t issue was we didn’t have a microwave in our room but they did provide one in lobby

Enjoyed our stay with the exception of the morning breakfast. We stayed for two nights. The first morning we got 2 muffins and 2 apples in a bag. The muffins both had mold on them and the apples were mushy. No coffee in the lobby at 7:00 am in the lobby, I was told to come back in 10 minutes. Didn’t even bother with it on day 2. I understand the whole COVID thing but moldy muffins,? We stayed at the same location back in November and the breakfast then was nice, wish it was half as good this time.

The parking spots are WAY too tight...also there should be a separate big rig truck parking...2 trucks took up 8 spots because they had to park sideways...
