Went shopping in Calgary had the parcels in our room. Next morning realized our bags were gone. We were told by the manager that it’s not there problem. They never took the bags. Who did? Called me a liar.

Excellent service and breakfast

The hotel was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. It was close to the museums we wanted to visit so it was at a perfect location for us. I added it to my favourites so I hope to stay there next time we come back.

There was only one person at the front desk, and she was overworked. I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes when we called to ask for pick-up at airport. When we arrived, it took 22 minutes for us to check in, since there was a wait. Front desk person was by herself, and she couldn't keep up with the demand. She was pleasant though, and appeared to know what she was doing. After that, things did get much better. Our room was nice, we had supper at hotel, and food was tasty and we had fast service. The buffet breakfast was terrific, with a very wide variety of food. Airport transport was efficient as well. Pool looked nice and clean, but we didn't go in.

It is a good place for family. Very calm and pleasant
