My first room hadan inoperable TV. Then, a male guest was yelling on the phone to someone, while in the stairwell. Then, the fire alarm went off at 3:45AM. Nobody explained anything until 4:00AM when I was told there was a real fire. I had to stay outside for an hour. Then I left, due to my night being ruined. I would like my money back!

Had a little trouble at check-in but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my room had an adjoining door which was about as effective as a shower curtain at blunting the noise from the next room. They were literally up all night with people coming and going and it sounded like they were in my room. The hotel can’t force people to be quiet or considerate but the walls and doors should be thick enough to stop most of the noise when they aren’t.

Good place to stay. Firendly staff and helpful. Clean room. Comfy bed. Quiet I'll stay again!!

The bed was worn out, housekeeping never cleaned our room after the first night stay and the younger of the two receptionists was pretty snotty to my fiance.

Dirty room with cracked and stained ceiling. Fridge was left with food in it from previous occupants a long with the shower. Would not recommend. Especially during a pandemic I expect a clean room!!!

Very nice place. Clean and comfy. Love having different pillows to choose from!!

The employees were very nice. Our room smelled of mold and mildew especially in the bathroom. My eyes were burning so bad that I had to get up early in the morning and leave because I was finding it hard to breathe. I found long black hair in the bed and on the floor of the bathroom as well as a full hand print on the tv. The Manager was nice and said that he was going to follow up with me when I left and did not follow through.

Broken curtain rod - they immediately offered to move me to another room. Impressive staff. Clean, comfortable room. But no microwave.
