The staff was really excellent the service was excellent but their rooms need to be refurnish remodel or something

Location was great. Hotel could use some updating. Front desk clerk acted like he had a Problem all the time.

Rooms are outdated. Sliding doors broken, lighting bad, doors don't fit properly allowing mosquitoes in the room. Maintenance lacking in infrastructure. Restaurants closed. Service staff was good and price is low. several miles to town but Uber service is cheap.

Hotel in very poor shape for lack of maintenance also one of the rooms I booked was cleared and personal items lost because confusion of early checkout

Nice place- they let me check in early after a arrived by ferry

It’s an older property with very old rooms. The view was nice from our room. The staff was excellent. It was a good price and overall a good experience.

We enjoyed the outside pool and bar area with the beach as well as the variety of lounges outside. The staff worked hard and were friendly.

The Location is perfect. The Bathrooms need urgent Exhaust Fans installed and must be renovated .

The rooms and the beds are horrible everything thing in this hotel is very old

We live in Cabo San Lucas and decided to go to La Playa Balandra to check it out. Rather than drive back to Cabo at the end of the day, we decided to get a room nearby. Place was wonderful and the price was even better. The restaurant was great. We will definitely be back.
