The good: the property is located in a great area, right in little Italy with tons of restaurant options and bars. They also had a pack and play for our baby which I appreciated.
The bad: There was an issue checking in where the key had not been left for us. After waiting for over an hour to check in with a 4 month old, when we were told we could go to the room we still couldn’t because there was no key. It was resolved within around 30 minutes.
The thing that was most frustrating was the cleanliness of the room. Although it appeared clean when we arrived, I’m not sure that the floors have ever actually been cleaned. Just walking the few steps from the shower to the bed would leave your feet black with dirt.
In addition, the bed sheet didn’t fit the bed, so every night we would fit it back on the the mattress but it would pretty quickly ping back off again.
Also the room has blinds and when you open or close them some blinds fall off. We couldn’t get them back on so would sleep with light streaming into the room.
All in all, it’s ok but with some tweaks could be really good.
