The staff were amazing,the hotel definitely needs some updating but the staff made it so easy to stay there!

we had a late check in via rental car. breakfast was good. They gave us a late check out. It is across from the Dillard's clearance center and close to the airport.

First off, the property was nice, the rooms were nice, and otger than 3 pillows per bed (four would have ben best) no complaints. The service was wonderful, and the people who checked us in and the woman who checked us our did everything we asked, and tgey were fantastic! However, it was a family trip, and the hotel was apparently overrun by young adults, who REALLY loved to blast music with vulgar language kids should never hear. Not only were we bombarded on the way in with such language, but whoever happened to be sleeping above us came back to tgeir room about 5 A.M. and had a VERY LOUD private party. It is a small hotel, so i was surprised it went on so long, but as we were finally getting up (around 7:45 A.M.) the noise above began to calm down. I d8d not mention it to the front desk, because it is near New Orleans, and my kids did not ask any questions, so I just checked out quietly. The price was good, the front desk was kind, so I probably wont bring my kids back, but the other customers were the problem, not the hotel. So overall, i give them a good rating😉

Our stay was great! We were checked in by Ashley! She has outstanding customer service! She had no issues answering our thousands of questions! She made sure to my son got to the room! She was just wonderful!

Check in was super easy. Clean rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. Breakfast was great. Night staff was very friendly.

Staff was awsome n cleanliness my daughter had order pizza with soda and we didn’t drank the soda we try to give it to family members which they refuse to come get them so my decide to take them to the staff to give them to someone we were grafteful that the soda didn’t go to waste cause we couldn’t take it back with us

Clean and calm atmosphere. Gave me a safe feeling.

Everything was great at checkin......very friendly, helpful staff! Only issue was airplane noise throughout the night

The room surpassed expectations. Huge clean bed, couch, chair, desk. Bathroom was clean, everything was very comfortable and neat. Beautiful view from my room. Walked down to pick up a sushi order and then later to grab some things from a gas station. The area was a little shady at night, but nothing too bad. Close to the airport and I used Uber, although I was offered a shuttle. I would stay here again for sure.

The Staff is very friendly. Hotel is comfortable. Free Breakfast can’t beat that
