Amazing!!!

The room from the pictures off Hotels.com site didn't exist. I was told none of the rooms had the things shown on the pics and none of the rooms had a King bed only Full size...It was for 1 night or about 6 hours at the last minute or else I would've cancelled and went someplace else.

Refrigerator in room didn't work. No discount given for staying at sleep In.

It was an over all good stay

The hotel was ok, customer service was terrible.The female upon check in and throughout the evening was rude and lacked general kindness. I would have rated this hotel more negatively had it now been for the kind clerk at 4am who made sure myself and my 11yr old grand daughter made it to the airport on time.

Entire hotel and non-smoking room smelt like smoke, cleanliness not up to par

The hotel was dirty and smelled bad. My key didn’t work for the side door so I had to walk around to the lobby entrance each time, which I didn’t complain to the front desk person because they weren’t at the desk any of the six times I passed through. The rooms were dirty and furniture was old. Mini fridge didn’t work. Toilet paper holder was broken. Because of the COVID 19 they were unable to serve breakfast. They did not offer any discount for that inconvenience. Lucky for me I only needed a place to stay for one night.

Needs a little TLC outside and inside. At checkin staff should inform guests about WiFi codes and ice machine locations.

Old property and smelly rooms and elevators Not clean

the hotel is in rough shape...drywall missing from the walls in the hallway. poorly lit. i wouldn't stay there again.
