We went to bike week and stayed for one night. The cost was almost 200.00. It’s not worth a quarter of that price. The employees are nice and apologetic and to came right away but only offered to change my bedding. The room had dirt, grass, and debris all over the carpet so it hadn’t been vacuumed. The windows and mirrors had smudge marks and looked like someone took their hand and wiped across the only mirror in the room. There was can rings on tables and window seal with liquid still there. The cloth chair had a white dried up glob in the seat. The floor in the bathroom hadn’t been swept or mopped. Hair all over the place even in the bed. Burn holes in the comforter and bedspread(it was a nonsmoking room). To top it all off when I went to try to lay down to sleep I looked at the top blanket and there was a crap stain from someone sitting on the bed because it had butt marks also with a clear indentation of stool between them and hair in the bedding. I called the hotel desk. When they came up to change my bedding out so I could sleep there was a woman and a little girl probably 8-10 years old. She said she would need to find out who cleaned the room. I told her obviously no one cleaned the room and I showed her all of the other nasty stuff I saw. She offered no solution. It was 11:30 at night by the time we got back to the room and saw this and with it being bike week there was nowhere else to stay. Obviously you couldn’t sit down on it.
