Wonderful place to stay. Feels like the center of the area. Close to everything.

Our light in the room kept flashing on and off we killed three roaches on the wall over the night

My kids and I loved our stay! The hotel was clean, comfy, and the staff was super friendly. Location is the best, we were near our favorite restaurants; there’s a cool mini golf park right in front of the hotel (which my kids loved) and also around the corner from Fun Spot and Universal Studios. The Universal desk at the lobby of the hotel was also helpful. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, they seem to be understaffed and the wait was ridiculous and the food not that satisfactory. I’ll just plan on having breakfast somewhere else next time.

Booked for King size bed and even paid little more for it, I checked in at 8 and they are all out of rooms with Kings bed, isn’t it reserving it before the reason for booking it? Room looked smaller than pictures. Main reason why I booked this hotel is because we can have nice view of city, windows seems like they never cleaned. I don’t think bed sheets are changed because one of the queen bed at pubic hair. Sorry but I will not stay here again.

The check in process was easy and fast. The room was clean and everything was functioning properly. It was nice to see that pretty much everyone was observing the CDC guidelines to stay and keep everyone else safe. The surroundings around the hotel were clean as well.

It was great. Staff wasn’t very person but they got the job done.

Hotel has a run down feel And doesn’t feel like a Sheraton or Marriot property. Run down elevator and tired Property. Not a 4 star. We got a good price and the bed was comfortable. Wall paper thin and I could hear my neighbors tv every night and in the middle Of the night. We had 2 rooms And they didn’t place us next to Eachother despite asking and then they placed a loud partier between us. We have 4 younger kids so this was not appreciated.

Very clean hotel. Nice and simple place so you dont have to pay for all the extras. And plenty of easy free parkng

The room was just a room nothing fancy at all

The view was the best part of the retreat and the customer service I received from the GM.
