Price was GREAT until I found out about the garage only parking spot that cost an additional $45 but because I had a 2016 Gmc They said it was a larger vehicle the cost was $53.00 other than that it was fine for the price

Excepted an experience that matched reputation
Room did not have working tv and phones. Although TVs are smart, they are really old. Interenet/cable service is not by good provider. Channels were missing and at times there was audio but no picture. Difficulties loggin into apps. The technical issues are suprising when there has obiviously been a lot spent on rehabbing the bathrooms and closets. I didn't understand having a king size bed and being provided only 2 standard size pillows. Rooms are clean. Make sure you check with hotel for price variances between online price and what you are actually charged; they will sneak in fees on you.

Horrific experience!!
This has been the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Coming from a hospitality industry and being a meeting and event manager for another brand, this experience was absolutely horrific. Customer service is none existent in this hotel, and they don’t know what the term cleanliness is. The minute you walk into the hotel all you can smell is dirty and nasty, front desk staff is rude, specialty an agent by the name Anita. Will never recommend to my friends and family. And I hope other people could see this so they don’t book here. Unless management steps in and change things around, which I highly doubt.

45 dollars parking lot and despite the fact that I had already paid for the room through Hotels.com they stil charged my creadit card for 70 dollars and I do not know why... The TV in the room didn't work. And the room was extremely small Even tho I stayed for just one night but I had a bad experience
