The rooms and facilities are great, however I was very upset with the staff, first of all they charged me for and extra breakfast,, that I didn’t discover till I was at home. At breakfast I had to ask three times for a cup of coffee; and second they provided me with the wrong information about airport transportation. When we were checking out I asked the receptionist at 11:00 a.m. if there was transportation to the airport, he informed me that at 12:00, noon, there was a courtesy transfer to the airport. so we decided to wait for it. At 12:10 I asked how much longer should we had to wait, he informed me that it the car was 10 minutes away, at 12:20 we asked again and he informed us that we should have reserved it the night before, by then we were very worried that we were going to lose the flight , and asked him if we could get a taxi. He informed us that there were not taxis close by. My sister went to talk to another hotel employee that informed her that across the street we could get a taxi. By then were very upset while my sister went across the street to get the taxi, I asked to speak with the hotel manager, but he was busy talking on the phone. By the time the hotel manager came to speak to us, my sister was already at the door with a taxi.
