There was no WiFi/internet, which we were counting on to watch F1 and handle photo/video uploads. Our first room had a broken TV, so we were moved to another. Its was that TV where we learned that there are almost no channels. New room had a window unit that was so loud it actually sounded like there was a large truck out front. When I went to check out, they had locked themselves out of the office. True story. Sounds worse than it is. They were super friendly, everything was clean, beds were good overall, the whole place looked pretty nice. We were able to have some money with the generously sized mini fridge and the microwave. I will probably go back. It seems like a great place and they’re just snatching defeat out of the jaws of success.

Room dirty…hair everywhere bathroom and bedroom. AC didn’t work very well. Both ice machines broken. Towels old.

Entry keys hardly worked, had to change rooms, happened with that room too. Tv had one channel, girl at front desk was no help with how the remote works. The wash rags had stains, the bathroom walls were not clean. No extra toilet paper in room when only 1/4 roll was left. AC sounded like a jet engine all night long.

No hair dryer. Cream cheese spoiled for cream cheese. Shower had no shelves to put shampoo and stuff on. No TV because they were changing services. Never stay there again!

Great rooms and location. TV remote did not work but I was there to sleep. Desk lamp near beds did not work either so had to charge phones in the bathroom.

The room was recently upgraded and of good quality. When we checked in we were first given a room that other people were using. Our second room’s door wouldn’t open. Our third room worked out well, but a bit unnerving to work through multiple rooms. Breakfast was poorly stocked both mornings. We ate earlier in the breakfast time, so not sure what the issue was there. No room service between nights.

Got upon the morning still had about to check out and room service rushed in and said we need to strip the room barged in there with my family in there was a bad experience never in my 51 years of staying in motels has this happened manger did say sorry and went to talk to staff bad experience

This is a good hotel. They've renovated it recently and it's located in a part of town with much walkability. I've ranked it a little lower than I might because 1) the mattress was too soft for me (but that's just me) and 2) for some reason, the sheets made me feel itchy. No bugs, mind you! Perhaps the detergent they used, although I'm usually not sensitive.

The carpets we’re disgusting, the first room we was checked into was dirty with hair on the floor and trash in the cans, the place has some very shady looking people going from room to room and car to car at all hours of the night and strong odors of weed smoke

Do not stay here. I have stayed a few times through out the summer for work. My last 2 stays I have been double charged. Resolution does not come promptly. Both times I have paid on Hotels.com before my stay then once again charged for the same stay on my debit card, once during my stay and another the day after I have already checked out. I have receipts of payments made prior to my stay and I am continued to be double charged. This is such a disappointment and frustrating situation this hotel continues to put me in. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT STAY HERE.
