Cleaning was spotty, carpeting was full of suspect spills. The elevators, stairs, outside balcony floors were neglected in general cleaning, dusting and wipe downs in rooms and bathroom very spotty. The area is very rundown and the property is reflected of that.The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating to the extent they could be given what they are working with. This is an ownership and management problem.

Do not stay here
This hotel is over run by vagabonds. I was directed to park near two women sleeping near a trash dumpster and told by staff “don’t worry we have cameras”. We wound up renting another room several miles away. The room itself was substandard. The AC did not cool rather it made a squealing sound. The beds are very small and everything in the room looked old especially the carpet. Finally, you are located a few blocks from the beach- a beach that is also over run by vagabonds and shady people. This entire trip sucked starting with this motel that was impossible to get comfortable in.

Pictures online are pretty accurate. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a nice pool. Located close to plenty casinos. Great stay, and the price was great. Would recommend.

Great deal
I almost cancelled my reservation after reading some of the reviews. The guys at the desk were awesome and super friendly. If you are looking for a bargain room, this is it. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. We went against all of the recommendations of not going out at night and did not have a single problem with the locals. The Boardwalk was pleasantly hoping and everything we had hoped it would be. See ya again soon AC.

You don't want to stay here for the price and it's in a bad part of town you have all the homeless people and drug addicts,prostitutes and people knocking at your door all hours of the night and playing loud music.Worst experience we've ever had staying anywhere
