The pros: great lake view, feels like you are right over the water. Great staff. The continental breakfast is very good and you get a lot of food. Skylights and decor were very nice. Close to town. The cons: the heat/ac unit was VERY loud, to the point that you cannot hear the tv over it when it kicks on and it woke us up several times during the night. We did mention it and they said the unit was brand new but no offer to have someone check it out. We could not get the gas fireplace to work (thought of running that and turning off the heater), we did not report this. The walls are thin, to the point you can hear your neighbors conversations (not word for word but muffled). There were some things that could use a little TLC but nothing major. The deck is not private, there is lattice separating you from your neighbor but it's left open near the deck rail so people can walk through, which our neighbor had no problem doing while staring right at us. It was a nice place but this would not be my first choice if I stayed in Lake Geneva again.
