This was a very nice hotel close to downtown, but it feels like it is peacefully tucked out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. The view from my room was amazing, and my room was clean and well-appointed. My room service dinner was okay, next time I would make the time to go down and enjoy the Blue Crab Restaurant. But the room service breakfast was amazing, it felt like a really perfect way to start the day. Overall a very nice hotel with great views and good service. I would stay here again.

The staff as first class...friendly and helpful and patient.

We were pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean, customer service excellent. Sound insulation between rooms wasn't great. Restaurant service was mediocre, food overpriced. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from our room and our stay overall. Best feature was the shuttle service to downtown and beyond, as well as pick-ups. We also enjoyed the walks from hotel to town and back.

The room we had was really awesome - Premium Room, 1 King Bed, Ocean View - it had a wrap around deck and corner windows with views of the harbor and over the downtown Victoria skyline. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the area was nice and quiet at night, but easy walking distance to everything in the inner harbor, but also to the fisherman's wharf area. A water taxi stop was right outside the hotel, so it was easy to zip across the harbor or over to old town. The staff were all friendly, and the food at the restaurant was great too. I had an amazing prawn pasta dinner, with a generous-sized Caesar salad - and a wonderful bread pudding dessert.
