It is absolutely horrible, we booked a room with 2 beds and come to the hotel, paying in advance , coming to find out that gave out the room. So then my friend and I had to be changed to room with one bed. They continue to say “they booked more reservations than rooms”. And so we were no longer able to access a room with 2 beds. The next morning, upon seeing the mishap they tried to rectify, giving us our correct room the same day as we went on our errands. PROMISING that all would be taken care of: that we would have another room that was what we payed for. Sadly, the promise did not hold and locked out our room with our luggage inside, because managements terrible miscommunication and leadership. They told us that we need to pack our stuff in the room and put to the side so that the cleaning service would clean the room, as they were going to ship us to another room. In the process of doing such they give us a room, it ended up being a room where another customer was staying. We walked into them sleeping and maybe even coming out of their sleep(because of our commotion). Meanwhile,it is 11pm at night. And THE FACT IS WE PAID BEFOREHAND THE TOTAL COST , yet we’re given a room we hadn’t had paid for, a down grade. FORTUNATELY one co-worker came and helped us the best he could with it being handed off by a terrible employee, and we’re finally able to go into room.
