Overall it was ok. When I got there the room wasn’t ready and when I got into the room there rass here on the toilet and in the shower. Other than that the stay was ok.

walls are thin, could hear everything going on, but very comfortable room, beautiful

Had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

The staff you have working in front desk is very rude and every time I get room there I have the issue with the same guy start not to like this place

Could have been cleaner inside and outside. English speaking people would make it easier to communicate.

The hotel was not clean and we witnessed a few things that made us feel uncomfortable.

While checking inn the person who check us in did not give us much attention at all and kinda just just gave us short answer to everything when checking in we had to move to 3 different room because the rooms smell like cigarette and the bed sheets were dirty and with hair on it and when we adress the front desk he made us feel like we was bothering him it was not our fault that the room was not in stander condition.

It was clean and had a comfy bed great water pressure in the shower. I understand w covid there are restrictions on the continental breakfast but a water muffin,apple and nutri-grain bar is not a good breakfast. I wish they would leave out some juices and togo cereals w small milks. Was disappointing that they shafted us on the breakfest when its not even that good w out the COVOD going on.

Our room smelled strongly of smoke. We told the front desk and they had us moved to a room 3 doors over which also smelled of smoke, but a little less I suppose. No apology.
