綺麗な良いホテル。

部屋は清掃が行き届いているが、シャワーが壁から水漏れしていて、ちょっと良くなかった。 ロケーションは銀行や薬局が近くにあって便利。レストランのビールメニューが豊富で嬉しかったです。

滞在は快適だが、置いてあるものには注意が必要。

滞在自体はとても快適でした。毎日気持ちの良い環境を作って いただけたこととても感謝しております。しかし、最終日請求書を みて、驚きました。食べた覚えもない、そもそも触った覚えもない スナックの料金が追加されていたのです。フロントにそれを伝えると きちんと対応してくださいましたが、一体どうなってるやら。 あとシャトルサービスは若干使い勝手が悪いです。タイミングよく シャトルサービスの車がいてくれるときはいいですが、そうでないと なかなか上手く活用できません。 また部屋についていると書いてあった電子レンジは、実際には滞在中 使い放題で25ドル、フロントでお願いして持ってきてもらうスタイル でした。従業員の方はとても気持ちよく、環境はとてもよかっただけに 様々書いてない経費がかかることにちょっと違和感を覚えました。 出来れば、このような詳細も書いて置いてもらえると安心して利用できる と思います。

Horrible services

Horrible staff, especially Dennis. Modern online pictures, poorly down in person. (Cheap) nothing was properly working. So many complaints that I am taking them up with corporate. Overall horrible experience. Only good thing is, location.

Never staying here again

Me and partner wanted to wear robes. They weren’t clean. Found a cigarette lighter in one of the pockets. Balcony had cigar insides on ground, and loose cigar packets, curtains were drawn on look like ink. Valet was horrible. They were not on time getting car to us. Valet is 36$ a night. That is too expensive when the hotel is already pricy including 200$ deposit

Poor parking ruined the whole stay.

Parking garage was connected to hotel but door between was locked so you had to walk an extra 200 yards on an extremely busy Westheimer to get to front door. Blocking of the door was probably a fire hazard but I believe a ploy to get you to valet park. Wouldn’t stay again.

Horrible service during a hard time

Horrible and rude service. To start, this all happened during the snow and ice storm in Houston. We booked the hotel because our power went out. When we got there we were immediately met with a rude staff member from valet, telling us we could not check in first and then park in the garage that was located in the back. We had to park in the garage 6 floors up and then walk back to the hotel. The back door was locked so we had to walk on the Main Street without a sidewalk. The main issue was we had to pay for parking before checking in (we had a reservation and were told they could not accommodate, so we paid for parking for no reason) and it was freezing outside. Once inside, the front desk staff said they were overbooked and we could not stay. Instead of offering an apology or anything of the sort, we were told to leave. I asked if they knew they were overbooked why they did not call those reservations but all she could say was she did not know.

Would not recommend this hotel to friends. Smoking was ok inside the building and right outside of the of the entrances to. Add to it, my car was broken into, nothing taken as we never leave stuff, but still a $500 pain. Staff confirmed this is common when the police asked them.

The hotel room was nice customer service was alright they couldn’t tell you much didn’t do very good at explaining your stay parking way to expensive advise you to get ready for that big ticket luggage carts are never available so be prepared to make several trips if you have a lot of bags full bar in your room so expensive don’t touch anything better bring your own snacks‼️
