Great location and very clean place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean Beds are to small to fit two people

We didn't know what to expect since the Covid pandemic, but we were pleasantly surprised with the precautions in place. The room had a seal on the door that it had been cleaned with lysol. I could wash dishes in a dishwasher before using them. Only 10 allowed in the large dining room so we ate in our room which is well equipped with a kitchen (even a toaster) and table and chairs. Only breakfast was served with packaged items like yogurt , English muffins, and pastries but you could get fruit and hard boiled eggs in sealed cups. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Pool and exercise rooms were closed for now. Masks are required outside your room.

My stay was wonderful except for the fact that they did not have the full continental breakfast due to Covid and the pool or gym was not open. Overall it was very clean and comfortable and I will be staying there again!!

Room was very nice until we noticed the airless conditioner leaking water inside of bedroom. We asked to switch rooms which we was given to us with no problems. The new room leaked water from the bathroom faucet handle and also whenever you took a shower. We stayed in the room for 4 days. Maid service never came once. Was not told we had to request daily visit?? Pool and jacuzzi were not open at all due to Covid. I would not have gotten such a costly room for my family if I would have known that both pools were closed. Breakfast was to go items. They were typical but ok. Was not a bad stay. Just some minor things that I would not expect from a Hilton

Some staff were very rude and inconsiderate. It’s one thing when you honestly are making a seen but it’s another when the other person is making so that you look bad my belittling you in front of other races. I’m currently 5 1/2 months pregnant. And can only eat certain things. There were forms to feels out for breakfast. Mine was fine Incorrectly, I even took a picture of what was given to me. The woman yelled at me, cut me off and walked off from me as I was trying to explain things to her and show her the picture. Herself and the person minding the front real sided and made matters worse by continuing to belittle my character and I went with out anything to eat. I watched as other guest were treated with respect and dignity while I was not. This may me understood by very few.

The hotel is nice, due to covid the fitness room, pool, and whirlpool were closed. Had I known that i would have stayed somewhere less expensive. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Stayed three days did not get any service from housekeeping. Had to take own trash out. Was told they were going to serve hot breakfast, that did not happen. They had very few options. When everything is back to some type of normal hopefully we can go back and have a better experience.

Our stay was phenomenal. We are planning to go back Ani at the front desk was amazing . Great service.

Dry nice clean hotel. Comfortable and convenient to restaurants and DC area. Breakfast was great and no charge for parking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly ( especially the gentleman who was overseeing the breakfast area.) I would def recommend this hotel and will stay again.
