Never stay there again. 4 star joke, service was terrible. I asked for a cab and as sold a car service by a hotel car...I paid 65€ for a €50 cab ride...it was a regular cab. No time to complain as I had a flight to catch. Both lifts were not working on arrival. You can’t make it up.

This hotel has a reputation that the staff steals your things from the room. Some rooms were renovated and other rooms were very old. Unluckily our room was old and was on the 4th floor. Rooms on the 1st floor were clean and renovated.

The hotel was okay, but for the price I was thinking it would be a lot better. I think best bet would be to stay somewhere a little further from the champs- elysees so the hotel is nicer for the same price. The service at this hotel was great though! The front desk was extremely helpful.
