This is clearly a party hotel, don’t be impressed by the exterior and chandeliers. The hotel is clearly unloved, with carpets that are patchy, have paint on them - clearly need replacing. Furniture in the room was tatty and again had paint spilt on it. The bathroom was tiny, the toiletries were basic (shower gel). Considering this was an executive room, I would not have put it at the most basic level. Booking in at reception was a nightmare - queues around the entrance 2 hours later. Hotel wanted photo ID otherwise they will not let you stay. I happen to have my driving license, my husband did not have any therefore management permission from him to stay had to be obtained………we both were born and live in the UK!!!!!!!
