My stay was okay, just had problem with people smoking. I know it was suppose to be a smoke free holtel.

Place was sketchy upon arrival. There were several strange individuals outside of the hotel. Once I got to the room it had an old odor. At 3:30a I was awoken by a loud sound of someone being slammed into a wall, followed by a loud scream. There was an argument between a male and a female outside of my room that lasted about 40 minutes. That was then followed by more loud screaming and arguing outside of my window. Then finalized by the police arriving and questioning. In the morning when I checked out, it wasn’t mentioned until I brought it up. Then I literally just got a sorry for the inconvenience. I will never stay there again.

My stay was nice and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed about was there not being any breakfast

I booked online in advance to arriving to the hotel, and of course provided my CC at check in. Unfortunately, I was charged at check in for a second time. The staff was super friendly and worked with me to make sure I was refunded properly before checking out. The pool could have been open, the kids wanted to swim, but maybe next time.

We booked 2 rooms. One room has a smell of mold. Other room cleaning staff smoked in and left window open to air out so was smoky and freezing!!!! Upon checkout I looked at my bank account and realized they charged me for extra night. I have contacted them and they said they fixed it but no proof and I have not seen refund.

Basic hotel. Clean, but thin walls. No breakfast and pool closed due to Covid. Good location if visiting Providence.

I room was ok , they do keep dogs in the hotel so there was a dog barking in the moring and people talking loud very early in the hall was . But over all ok

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time everything was great. This time, due to Covid most amenities were unavailable. They have a great pool area here with new lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the entire area was closed. The breakfast service was non-existent. Most places are offering pre-packaged muffins and coffee and tea from giant carafes, but this La Quinta didn't offer anything. Though, the chilled water was a nice touch. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Common areas were clean, too. I didn't see any dog poop, which was great, but the dog station was out of bags so if you are bringing your dog be sure to grab some bags, too. All in all, this was a good stay. If in the area, we would stay here again.

There were hairs on the pad under the sheets and ketchup (hopefully) on the wall. The elevator was very dirty. I would not recommend.

Very upset that they were not offering breakfast nor access to the pool
