Hotel needs a lot of work, bed lumply and not well made, rug very dirty, bed coverfs were dirty and dusty. Only good point was the service and the personnel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall condition of the hotel, and my room really wasn't so bad. The issue I did have was that the AC in my room barely did anything (even when I turned the fan on high), and the tub drain was messed up and took ages to drain. I ended up having to take a quick shower where I cycled the water on and off so I wasn't overflowing the tub. If I were staying more than 1 night, I would have requested a different room. The breakfast options were very good, especially during these Pandemic days. It took forever in line because each person seemed to be ordering for a family of 10, but there was definitely something for everyone.

Stayed here the first week of June and there was fleas in my room. I was bit all over my body. I felt the bites more severely on my second day and while the hotel accommodated me with not charging me for my stay, they made it seem like it’s a issue that occurs consistently. My trip was inconvenienced because of this situation as I get allergic reactions to flea bits and I spent the next few days itchy and uncomfortable from the experience. Was told by the GM that there was a claim they were filing and to this day have not received a call from their claim department. If you have issues like this then they need to be handled accordingly and professionally. Will definitely not be returning to this hotel anymore. Room was 623 so be warned.

We called the hotel several days before our stay to inquire about the pool for our daughter. We were simply told it would be available. When we arrived, the front desk told us the pool is by reservation only and can only be used for 45 min. We were not told about this policy when we called earlier and Ofcourse there were no reservations available when we arrived. The front desk also told us there was a curfew for pool usage, but we saw people using the pool way after the curfew. So on top of not telling us about their ridiculous policy, they do not even enforce their own rules. Terrible customer service, will not come back.

Great basic hotel for our trip to San Diego. We chose this hotel because they were dog friendly and had free parking (which isnhard to find in the area)They even gave us a small goodie bag for our dog which was unexpected. The grab and go breakfast was actually pretty good towards what weve gotten at other hotels during covid. This hotel is near a buch of business buildings so not much around. We did have to drive to everywhere wanted to go. The only complaint i have is the younger lady working the front desk. Anytime a guest talked to her (including us) she acted as though it was the biggest inconvenience for her to help you. We had a billing issue and she told me oh well and to come back in 2 hours when someone else was working that they would look into into it.

It was nice and comfortable. Only way to improve it would be to be back to normal without virus restrictions on breakfast. They did ok with what they had to deal with.

The hotel was nice. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Room was clean; shower didn't drain fast. It is gross showering in water upto your ankles. Room was a nice size. Breakfast was a very nice selection to self serve. People running breakfast were super nice and helpful.
