Best place to stay in Austin
The hotel is beautiful! The room was gorgeous and large. The snacks and drinks they provide during the day is a special touch. Last time we were here we stayed at the Van Zandt, which was also nice, but the Zaza had the extra details that made it a step above. Unfortunately we were there when protests occurred in the Capital and protesters walked through the lobby without masks. They refused to mask up even when asked, and nothing was done about it. A small detail, but not enough to make me not want to return.

There’s construction going on, and will be for a while. I believe it’s a outdoor garage? It was right outside the window so there was no sleeping happening which changed our next day plans entirely. Exhausted!
