No frills. Just a place to sleep after exploring Grace Bay all day. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

No one was there for check-in. Found maintenance person to call owner. Electric only works when entry pass is in slot to turn on power, therefore no air conditioning. Not clear how to use remote to activate A/C. No cold water from faucet in the morning to make a beverage, preferred coffee, not tea. COVID-19 notwithstanding - not an accommodating experience.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay at this property. With only two dozen rooms to manage, the staff is able to provide personalized service. The location is ideal: five minutes to Grace Bay Beach, a short walk to numerous great shops, restaurants and Graceway Gourmet. We stayed in the signature suite because we wanted a separate sleeping area from our teen. It was clean, well provisioned and a good size for the three of us. We have enjoyed hanging out on our patio by the pool.

The front desk staff ladies were incredibly sweet. The breakfast vouchers to Shay Cafe were fantastic.

Economical, clean, friendly place to stay. Listing says "breakfast included" but it is not. It is $10 for a voucher to take to a local cafe for $20 value.

The suites are simple rooms with a small pool. the location is idea for a quick (3-4 min) walk to the beach. The staff is extremely polite and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Super comfy beds and the balcony is a plus. we didn't take a swim in the little pool - why would you when the beach and amazing ocean is a skip away.Breakfast was included and the breakfast is off-site at a choice of two super yummy cafes. There aren't any amenities in the room, not even a tea pot. But honestly we didn't miss it. We just took a quick walk to the grocery store. We didn't rent a car and found this location perfect for walking 6+ miles a day and enjoying paradise! Great stay!

This property only recently got renovated so they are still working on things as of March 2020. What it lacks in some amenities, it more than makes up with their staff. Indeed, the staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Small but nice pool if you like to end the day there after a day at the beech. Grace Bay beech is a very short walk and the property has a reserved area with beach chairs and parasols. The property has a great arrangement with two local restaurants for breakfast. I highly recommend eating at Shay’s Cafe. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was large and clean: a king in the main room with a pull-out couch and a queen in a separate bedroom. Everything, including the bathroom, was renovated and the balcony had new patio furniture with cushions. If you don’t mind a short walk to the beach (3 minutes), like to be in the middle of the action and want an affordable but clean and renovated hotel, I highly recommend the All New Grace Bay Suites!
