unfortunately there were confusions with the front desk. they did not honor the food and beverage credit. we also had issues with our room. missing toiletries were never delivered and our mini fridge was broken. wifi was unusable as well. we were double charged for everything

Having to walk through the casino full of smoke to get to the beautiful pools is the worst. Smell is awful of smoke and e-cigarettes… breathing in second hand smoke to get to restaurants, pool and entertainment is beyond poor. No ventilation. Last day of leaving water was shut off could not even shower.

This one night stay was a good one. The Rio hotel and casino was not crowded which was nice. The only drawback was that check in was very slow even though the line was short. Their process is just a very slow one. I'm not surprised at that because getting a hold of the hotel by phone to ask simple questions took forever on hold. Once checked in the room was nice and spacious and in good condition.

Great room and view. Perfect for our getaway. I would just say the ac didn’t really cool the room down to the set temp. It felt stuffy and warm. Other than that it was nice.

Out of my 3-night, 4-day stay at the Rio, I only received housekeeping service once! Such a shame the room was great, but the service for housekeeping was horrendous.

The gym smelt outrageous. So sad because the gym is very nice with amazing equipment. The water machine was broken in it so I had to run around trying to find water before I could even workout in the smelly room. It took us over an hour to wait for the elevator to get up to our room. Then again times it took 15+ mins to wait. The elevators are broken our entire stay June 3-7th. Says rooms are renovated but there is no way ours is. We asked for room service twice and never recieved.

The room had a strong smeof urine, I asked front desk if we could be switched to a different room, and was told they could not. House keeping was sent but didn't do anything, I was told she was going to let reception know but the issue was never resolved. Towels were dirty and carpet left our feet dirty as if we had walked on dirt.
