The hotel is renewed I liked the new room but they removed the Shataf from bathrooms which is disappointing. Room is not cleaned well during the daily cleaning.

The service was excellent. Daniel helped us quite a bit during check-in, he was very kind and gave us great tips on how to spend the night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It is a short walk <8mins to the Lufthansa bus, which takes 30min to the airport (quicker than the train). It is walkable to restaurants and Lidl. We had also spent some time in the sports bar downstairs for the Bayern match. There is a nice park nearby as well. The free access to pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna is very nice. Most hotels in the area charge 30€ for access so I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great way to relax not crowded and very clean/nice.

Spacious room, nice view, and good service. Breakfast was great too. It would be nicer if the hotel was more accessible to the central plaza.

Worst service ever, the lady asume my brother was my lover and they give the benefits of my marriot card details to his room instead of mine The lady in the welcoming she threw my key doors cards when I ask her for an extra one Overall not a pleasant stay

The check-in was extremely slow and unprofessional. Bathroom flooded when taking shower. Requested housekeeping but it take ages to turn up to clean up the mess.

Reservation: perfectly simple, straight forward and the extra bed they made for our son was amazing. Check In: Great staff, he was a trainee and he made the entire experience easy. Please do not put parking is included if we end up having to pay for parking - that is false advertisement and the correct way of notifying the public is “Pay Parking Available”. €24 per night of parking. Amenities and Stay: 5-STAR amenities and the accommodations were comfortable and relaxing. Check Out: The worst of its kind, the individual checking us out

The rooms work for one person on business. the rooms are too small for two people

Proximity to subway. Clean and welcoming. Great staff!

It was good. The Receptionist was really friendly. I forgot his name. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
