A beautiful hotel with a classic feel.

This is a favorite place to stay for my husband and I. Sweet and cozy rooms, beautiful lobby, decorated for the holidays, and they seem to have adapted to our changing covid world quite well. Everything was very clean, and distanced, and staff was ready to help with whatever we needed.

Room was clean and nice shopping area one block away.

Friendly staff and gorgeous historic hotel. The Christmas tree in the lobby under the Tiffany glass was stunning. We loved the old elevator that needed the bellman. Our suite was old but in a good way, took us back to a different time. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It also felt very safe in terms of COVID.

This was an awesome Hotel with great Restaurants and a Coffee Bar. Loved being able to walk and explore Pearl St. Highly recommend.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel very large inviting rooms!! Huge compfortable bed ,with the most compfortable bedding !!! Love the textured quilt on top of ,fluffy down comforter Nice big windows!that actually open up all the way ! Room was sparkling clean ! love all the lil touches of old fashioned elegance with a modern twist like Aveda toiletries .**LOVE !!!!! So IMPRESSED!! Everything about the room was perfect !

Great room, great location, so nice to have restaurants right in the hotel.

We have stayed here before and in the same section of the hotel. This time our room was just okay. It was somewhat noisy....both if we opened the window to get some fresh air and in the hallway late at night. Beds are comfy, pillows good. No housekeeping unless asked for which is appreciated in the time of Covid. All of the help is professional and courteous. I love this hotel for the location and the history. This will not discourage us from staying there again.

We’ve stayed there before. It was nice so we came back. But some random person next to us kept banging on the wall. I think he was living there...he was annoyed by any noise.
