The stay was great. My only suggestion is to have guests sign up for pool time slots to prevent over crowding

They did not have enough towels and rags available. These restaurant workers were very Rude .....

My stay and experience was awful but this is solely due to the business itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the air in the room did not work well and the bedroom was hot despite us adjusting the thermostate past the presets. I had to take my 2 yr old's lightweightPJ's off because he was so hot in them. The room was dark/depressing due to poor light quality. The fact that I could not access WiFi without paying more fees and for some reason I could not access my HH Honors either was frustrating. There was a fire and the alarm went off our first morning and there was no direction from staff. The automatic annoucement stated that some personal rescue device was activated (it didn't say that it was a fire alarm). We weren't told to evacuate and it continued for a long time. No accomodations were made for us and nobody checked in. The system the hotel has set up for breakfast time is a JOKE!!!! I repeat...A JOKE!!! The stay pretty much ruined an otherwise decent family trip to the aquarium. In fact, I have been labeled as the person you DON'T let pick the hotel. I was extremely disappointed in Embassy. Again, the staff were friendly, especially the two who helped get me some milk for my toddler since there was a fire (no breakfast served that I know of) and the milk was sold out in the little convenience store.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that a hotel wants to charge you $10 to access the WiFi. I would’ve never stayed here knowing they didn’t have wifi without paying for it.

First of all, NO ONE, including staff, were wearing masks! Despite the signs that say that masks are required, it was quite apparent that other guests and staff members simply didn't care. I chose Embassy Suites because I've always enjoyed my stay, but this time I was afraid to come out of my suite. I'm thoroughly disappointed by the lack of consideration.

The hotel was fine but I was especially impressed by the staff. All observed pandemic protocols and communicated a request for all to comply with thoughtfulness during breakfast buffet. Everyone treated with courtesy. Good place for a one night stay—even overhead airport noise was pretty well mitigated.

First room had no heat. Service attendant for breakfast has a horrible personality and zero customer service skills.

Great stay, it served the purpose of our trip
