Room not ready but otherwise all good
The room (ours and others’) was not ready by check-in time and they couldn’t tell us whether it would be ready in five minutes or two hours. We were not offered the VIP benefits or compensation of any kind for not being ready by check in.

We have booked a superior room for 2 adults and a child. Everything in the room was set for one person stay this we had to ask for an extra bed for our child, hen an extra blanket then an extra towel and then extra shampoo and shower gel. It would have nice to have the room ready for 3 as stated in the booking. Beside that the room was clean and nice.

Dated hotel, needs renovation
Centrally located with plenty of paid over- and underground parking. Friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are in urgent need of renovation, they're simply not up to 2020 standards. Ugly worn carpets in room where furniture is brown, resembling a modern hotel of the 1970s. All bathrooms (except the accessible ones) are fitted with bathtub with shower. Low ceiling making it hard for anyone above 180cm to shower properly. Dirty shower head makes no one want to use it. Will not stay here again until its been renovated.
