This property is in a very quiet neighborhood and it is very close to the beach. The town is very close for walking to restaurants and shops. The beach restaurants are also very close. The roof top pool was a good spot to go relax at the end of the day. The view from it was beautiful.

We were fortunate enough to be the first guests at this condo. It is a beautiful, well equipped condo with an awesome rooftop pool area/terrace. We spent hours enjoying the outdoor living spaces that this condo offered. Morning coffee on the balcony, enjoying the neighborhood foot traffic on the street below or a glass of wine in the evening- listening to the waves crashing nearby. The rooftop terrace afforded breathtaking views of the ocean & the bay. It is a small complex, so very quiet & never a fight for a lounger. We had the pool to ourselves 90% of the time. The condo literally has anything you could need for your stay, this is great because it cuts down on your packing. You could definitely cook your own meals in the well appointed kitchen, and the only things you would need are spices & food to cook. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom, blackout shades to keep the bedroom cool. Air conditioning worked well and easily kept the space cool. This area is quiet and close to great restaurants and bars. The only time we even required a taxi was to & from the airport. We literally walked everywhere. The beach is so close, and the condo comes with everything you need for a beach day. The beach umbrella, a wheeled cooler & folding chairs were much appreciated. We enjoyed a full day at the beach playing in the ocean- something we have always talked about, but never done until this trip. We will definitely stay here again! It was a pleasure.

This was a great property. Although not right on the beach, the location is ideal. It’s a very short walk (1 minute) to a quiet section of the beach. Cynthia and Karen were very responsive to my questions. We’ve already rebooked for next year. The unit is well equipped and every hut Hong worked well. A couple of small suggestions - we were two couple so the bunk beds weren’t ideal. I can’t imagine they would be used often, if ever and they are much too big for the room it’s really heard to move around them. Four people in that room (even kids) would impossible. Two singles would be much better and could be pushed together If desired. Secondly the umbrella on the deck is too small to provide much shade. A larger one that tilts would be much better. We noticed that many units even have two umbrellas.
