電気ポット、コーヒーセットがないのが残念。

　掃除は行き届いており，朝食も申し分なく，フロントのスタッフは親切である。夕食もホテルのレストランで取ったが，値段もそこそこ，ウェイターも親切でした。ただ，トイレ･シャワールームが小さく，扉が内開きなので，使いづらい。また，シャワーヘッドが固定式なのも，やはり，日本人には使いづらい。 　ティラナ空港と市内を結ぶバスの起点・終点となるバス停はホテル近くの公園にあり，歩いて５分とかからない（他の建物が邪魔になって，バス停からホテルを見ることは出来ない。）。ホテルの裏に旅行会社があり，プリシュティナなどへのバスの乗車券を販売しており，また，バスはその旅行会社の前から出発する。そのため，バスで移動する旅行者にとっては，便利な立地である。

It was good and I could receive these services soon after ordering too.

Clean as usual. It was surprising how many people (staff and guests) were not wearing masks.

The location was perfect. Walk to all. The hotel was immaculate and the front desk and staff, friendly and helpful

The hotel is well located, very close to shops and restaurants. However, the room is pretty dated and the shower room is very small. I’m an average size guy and I struggled to fit in the shower cubicle comfortably. During your check-in you are asked to leave your passport with them for the duration of your stay or leave a deposit which is the full amount of your stay so the expenses are covered. If you leave a credit card deposit please make sure you keep your credit card slip. The front desk had mine misplaced and it took them ages to find it. Without the credit card slip they will not be able to cancel the deposit. The breakfast is ok nothing really special to write about.

Friendly staff and good prices for everything but the hotel is tired and needs some renos. Little things like having irons and ironing boards as well as a coffee maker in the room would bring it up the a standard expected for business travelers.

Building site next door - no prewarning of this - and loud every day. Rooms shabby despite refurb in 2015. No light or extractor in the shower cubicle. Room was never serviced. Breakfast was poor. Price therefore too high relative to all above.

I didn't like the staff nor the facilities . They over charges and cheats were too much. I won't stay there again. They charges me twice on my first night and also charged me for the other even though I checked out on the morning of the 9th

Location spot on the big square. Good breakfast. Good wifi. Had booked a king bed but got 2 singles. No big deal. Only 1 night. Checked out 12 noon and walked the city. Had late evening flight and the staff was very nice about letting me hang around the lobby and mezzanine using wifi and couches for napping.
