ホテル マザラン

バーボンストリートからすぐの場所にあり、夜を楽しむには便利な位置にあります。ホテルはヨーロピアン形式に近いです。他の口コミで朝食がよいとあり、期待して行きましたがどこのホテルにもあるフツーのアメリカン（ブリティッシュ）ブレックファーストでした。少しガッカリです。この朝食を食べるくらいならカフェ デュ モンドに朝行って、列の少ない時間にベニエを食べた方がマシですし、実際3泊中2泊は朝食を取らずにカフェ デュ モンドに行きました。2泊目にシャンプーなどのアメニティが補充されておらず、ハウスキープの面ではマイナスポイントです。 またホテルとは全く関係ないですが、バーボンストリートは夜になるとジャズの音楽が流れ・・・といろいろなガイドブックに書いてあるのでジャズを聴きたくてニューオリンズに行ったのですが、ジャズを聴ける店は数件のみで、他はディスコグラフィーやユーロビートの曲を大音量でガンガン流す店ばかりで、これが一番期待外れでした。ニューオリンズはもう2度と行かないと思います。

This was a great hotel! We just walked almost everywhere. The staff was extraordinarily nice. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Great getaway for a few days. The hotel was located in the perfect location to walk to any place we wanted to visit. We loved our balcony, the employees and the location. The only down side was that there was no food available or maid service at the hotel right now due to Covid.

Hotel is nice. Beds were comfortable but also noisy. Halls and upstairs neighbors were noisy but thats not the hotels fault. Happens everywhere. Valet guys were great. Great location. They dont offer a late check out if thats something you usually need. Like me! Saw some people say the rooms were small but i thought ours was about the same size as a standard hotel room.

Check in was easy. All we had to do was park the car in their designated hotel parking and the valet took our car to the hotel parking directly across the street. The front desk were also very prompt on getting us checked in and we were early. The bellhop helped us with our luggage to our room. He was very professional and and polite. The room was nice at first glance. The floors were a little sticky, but clean overall. And our shutters had a knob missing. We did have fresh waters and fresh soaps and towels though which are nice. There are only one or two things I have to day was negative about our stay though. When we left for our tour and came back that night we had a bag of sanitary wipes that went missing off of our writing desk. We mentioned it or the front desk and they made note of it. But that's all they did. They should of at least offered to pay for our wipes that was thrown away. It wasn't even on the floor. They were on our writing desk neatly and wasn't even a mess. So be careful to put things away so they won't be taken up by house keeping. Also, my husband and I got a robe but, only one pair of slippers. We mentioned it to the front desk too. They said they would have to go to the main hotel to get them and that they had l a shortage which is okay, but I did pay a lot to stay at this hotel and on the description said it would have robes and slippers. Even though there was one pair. I wanted to feel that I got my moneys worth. Overall we would come back.

Hotel Mazarin is a well-maintained, well-run hotel at an ideal location in the French Quarter.

A pretty hotel with a good access to most of the tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel just a few steps from Bourbon Street, but far away enough for silence to relax and enjoy a good nights sleep.

Beautiful hotel. Nice and clean. The little things like complimentary bottled water in the room make this day so much more accommodating. Completely centrally located to all of the action, yet when you step inside you feel that you are secluded from it.
