All staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything perfect except the bed that was way too soft.

Room had good sitting area. Bathroom was luxurious. Typical chain hotel room. Lobby area nicely decorated. Breakfast good selection. Will need car to get anywhere. Stayed one night in January. The pool looked nice but was closed. Because of location probably will not stay again.

After a couple of weeks in Nepal having the Marriott as an escape from the cold, dust and noise was a perfect way to end our holiday. The 2 nights we spent in the luxury of this fabulous property was rejuvenating. The comfort of the room, especially the bed and bathroom facilities, was a perfect contrast to the guest houses on our trekking experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing and literally has something for everyone. The staff is genuine in offering their best in service of their guests. We were truly satisfied with our stay.

The 3 days in Kathmandu were our best stay with Marriott Kathmandu though upon check in I was disappointed with the lower floor allotment and the view of the room all other things were oar excellence Special mention of all service staff like laxmi Krishna Devendra sonic and I can go on and on they superceded my and my family expectation Manager Ankit did a fabulous job too Would highly recommend this place

The property was very clean and well appointed. The staff were amazing - made us feel very welcome and sad to leave. Hotel location was centrally located and perfect for getting around the city. Would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is just 3 months old but as expected another good hotel by Marriott. Staff has been very warm & helpful.
