部屋はとても広くて良かったが、外からのエアコンの室外機や空港(航空機)の音がして、防音が今ひとつだった。

ジャクソンビルに午前中に着く必要があったので、選んだフライトのトランジットに利用したのですが、空港↔︎ホテルの無料シャトルバスが出ているし、部屋もベッドも快適でよく眠れました。 朝食も朝６時から食べられて、朝食を済ませてから出発出来ました。 チェックインの際に、４組ほどが一度に並んだところ、閉まっていたカウンターを開けてくれて呼んでくれました。 デポジットで出したカードが上手く読み取れないようで、他のカードを試してもらったり‥で、少し手間取ったのですが、あちらでお水とかワインを飲む？ と、声をかけてくれました。 とても気遣いのある対応をしてくださるスタッフの方々でした。

This hotel needs a lot of updating and better communications for the paid parking. Bathroom was very dark and needed work done. All the faucets were backwards for hot and cold controls, turn on hot you get cold. Couch felt grimy and dirty. Used towels as barrier when we used the couch. Parking needs better communication from staff. We checked out and realized then we needed our room key to leave the parking lot. Had to go back to desk from parking gate to retrieve it.

For it to be a Hyatt, this hotel is in need of updates and deep cleaning. The staff was fine, but the hotel needs a total make over. the clock in the room was from the early 80's and some of the outlets as well as the phone didn't work.

One of the worst Hyatt's I've ever seen! It's like they bought a struggling hotel and slapped Hyatt on the outside with no changes made to the inside. The water was cloudy and had black stuff in it. The toilet squeaked and took a really long time to fill up. The room smelled bad. The lights weren't very bright so it looked really dark and dirty like you see on TV at cheap motels.

A surprise my wife for Valentine's day when it set the room up and we stayed she enjoyed the room the room was clean the environment was nice and if you lose they were good I enjoyed staying there with do it again

Very happy and worth every penny i paid

All staff that were really friendly. One person was extremely clean. She was spending all her free time wiping counters and mopping even though that wasn’t her job. I didn’t mean to stay overnight so I didn’t have toothbrush and toothpaste with me. They got it for me right away and I do appreciate it.

I stayed in a non-smoking room, but the cigarette smell was all over. Plus the remote control was dirty.
