Friendly front desk. Parking at a reasonable price. Rooms not overly big but ok. Hotel located nearly in city center. Centre only minutes away, as convenience of the the railway station shopping mall (also open on sundays) is. Beautiful walk along the fjord starts right outside.

Great location, right next to the train station. Modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern room. Good work desk with fast internet. Modern clean bathroom. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

The room was very hot. Even for February, it was way too hot for me. Very helpful staff and convenient for station

Rather lacking in modernity and comfort in the rooms. No bar open, so no possibility even to buy coffee and no kettle in room. Disappointing. Bed and bedding not very comfortable. On the other hand, breakfast was superb in every way.

Excellent hotel, very highly recommend. The location and staff are very nice. Also they give a card for free transportation by bus. If you come to Kiel by train, then just walking for 2 minutes maximum to reach to the hotel.

Very friendly service at the reception, arriving at 1am this is not to be taken for granted. Perfect central location.

The room was small, but clean. The bed was low to the ground and soft. The pillows were not good, we had to use our travel pillows we brought for extra support. What made this hotel stay so enjoyable for us was the huge window and harbor view, as well as the convenient location next to the Central Train Station.

Very comfortable excellent amenities & breakfast

The hotel was more than adequate for my one-night stay with a good selection of TV channels. My original room stank of cigarettes, but it was not a problem to change to an alternative, which was fine.
