We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree, although it would have been nice to have our room cleaned and towels replaced.

This stay with the double tree was really disappointing. I normally love this brand of hotels, but this was a disaster. The building is visibly run down and not well maintained. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t feel super clean either, the room we stayed in had stains in the tubs on the walls, counters. The pillows were so worn down when you laid on them you sunk all the way to the mattress. Our AC didn’t work properly so it was quite humid and uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin so you could hear everything from your neighbors. The crowd who were there was loud and rambunctious, we were awoken at 4am as some bar goers were screaming in the hallway. When we got up early in the mornings to get coffee- there were empty beers in the elevator from the night before. The staff weren’t heavily enforcing masks so a lot of people just weren’t wearing them. The valet was 48$ a night, and most times you had to wait for your car for quite a while- I often saw lines of people waiting at the entrance for a long time. We were super disappointed- we were just looking for a romantic quiet get away to Nashville- and this was less than that. We actually ended up checking out early because we didn’t feel comfortable, clean, or safe from COVID.... Choose a different hotel, this one’s not worth the trouble- only thing positive was it’s location.

The hotel was nice the comfort level was good location was good valet parking sucked because it took too long to pick up we waited 30 to 40 minutes to get our car after check out.

Pool got closed, refused to clean our room during our weekend stay, not very friendly staff at service desk . Was just ok, won’t stay there again

Stay was horrible, hotel had parties going on in rooms and did nothing about it. Hotel was filthy dirty. Customer service was horrific. I have stayed here many times and will never stay here again, actually canceled my reservation in May and rebooked at another hotel

Besides other patrons it was a nice stay.

We travel a lot and were very disappointed. Great location and beds were comfortable. First night shower did not drain and stood in 4in of water and paint was peeling - why not use COVID-19 to have rooms looking awesome? Reported issue next morning and staff told us we could change rooms, but may be similar issue - needless to say, reported to desk lead, Jaime (excellent) and problem rectified with a new cleaner and more functional room. Poor staffing in bar/restaurant with fairly full hotel. We had to ask to order and then waited over an hour for food to take up to room and it was really terrible - definitely not Hilton Standards. We had to ask a friend to take us to grocery for snacks. Line was long for valet and valet jumped in car ahead of us and started backing up with no communication. We backed up 3x and he kept using the other patrons car as an intimidating factor almost hitting us several times & pushing us out into street. He then laughed at us when we complained to him. The whole experience could have been rectified by communicating his needs before he got into the other vehicle. All in all, poor staff training at front desk, restaurant and valet. You would think they would be top notch coming off COVID-19 fears. We will not return here.

Great staff!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was easy walking distance to a lot of attractions but the room was so hot and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working and the pillows were down fill and super flat and uncomfortable.
