部屋自体は快適でしたが、窓にヒビが入っていたり、日によってアメニティの質が変わるのが少し気になりました。水回りはとてもきれいに手入れされていました。

The hotel was amazing. Clean and very nice, the restaurants and service were excellent. You would never think this hotel would be in the area it is. For me that was the only issue.

Just about everything was awesome there. I didn’t get the room I was expecting though. Got a real small room. But it was overlooking the strip. I would go there again. Friendly staff and very clean.

Bathroom had pink mould on the tile grout but didn’t notice until the last day and as everything we asked for (coffee and bath gel) took two trips to the front desk we didn’t bother. Also there was an ashtray on the balcony that was full and overflowing. The staff we talked to were very nice but lacked follow through. FYI coffee seemed to be like gold dust, we went to a store and bought our own, should be unnecessary in a gout star hotel.

Great location Thats in the heart of everything that is NOLA !! We would’ve loved to see the pool bar open for our whole stay.

The hotel location was perfect. But was disappointed with no hot water or hand soap in our room. Complain twice and all they could say was sorry. Disappointed

Beautiful hotel with an incredible staff. Room was very clean & everyone we came in contact with was helpful & informative.

The desk staff was definitely not there to be pleasant or helpful. I understand Covid and the cleaning restrictions but we asked several times for more towels and coffee, only to be ignored. We only got those those when taking from a cleaning cart. The courtyard and pool area were very nice.

We checked in for a five night stay, we booked a balcany room on Conti Street which is under construction (we did not know that). They e-mailed a week before our arrival (but offered no alternatives to the room) to tell us Conti Street was closed and under construction. When we arrived we found out that the street had been under construction for a year. Our room was never serviced. We were told it would be serviced after 3 days. We had no toilet paper, tissues, soap, hair products. I went down to pool to get clean towels. Not the service I expect at this price point. If you call down to desk phone does not get answered you need to go down or track down a cleaning person on floor. Seems like they are under staffed

With this being the season of Covid you have to be realistic. The room does not look like the pictures. And the pool area needs a face lift overall.
