quick in and out stay with the family. had a room on the 7th floor and it was very noisy!!!! however, check-in was easy and hotel was very clean. convenience.

Our stay was very restful. The location was perfect for exploring Ottawa's downtown sites, Parliment Hill and a short walk to The Byward Market. Although we were hoping to take advantage of the pool we didn't know it was under renovations prior to booking. That may have changed our plans. Otherwise it was enjoyable.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. They put out juice that had gone bad and food that has been sitting for a long time. Hot food was okay.

It's a great hotel and clean, comfortable and what you'd expect from Sheraton. What really makes this place shine is the staff. Everyone really reached out, engaged, was super friendly and went above and beyond what you usually experience at a chain hotel. We've stayed here a couple of times and the staff experience is consistent. Well done!

The hotel itself is ok. The location is great. The process to park and retrieve your car is completely ridiculous. We had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to park our car and just as long to retrieve it when we left. I wouldn’t stay again simply for the horrible parking process.
