Front desk person in evening could have been a little friendlier, but still provided help when needed. Daytime gal was AWESOME, above and beyond!!!!

Amazing friendly staff I forgot to take my deposit money and the front desk guy went out of hes way to give it to me he went looking for me literally going back soon

Wonderful room with excellent smart TV and all the amenities you could expect during the pandemic. I would definitely stay here again! Parking was easy and could be added to your room bill.

We bought the most expensive room in the hotel....it was on the second floor?! It had a general odor, the living room tv didn't work properly so that when I was awakened in the middle of the night by incessant drag racing on the street below, I couldn't even entertain myself. The staff was positively amazing, the situation devastating. We were in another hotel by 7:00 am!

It was during COVID so there was no restaurant service. The hotel was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the room was very small. Other than that a great hotel!

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent location to all the fun stuff in StLouis. Parking was not a problem what so ever. Lots were easy to get into. Hotel was fun and trendy with a lovely view on 7th floor. Front desk people were excellent and house keepers very professional!

We were greeted couteously and quickly by Dana. She took good care of us and helped arrange a table in a private area to play games. She also was helpful with suggestions for live music and restaurants

Super clean, nice rooms and very pleasant staff at the front desk. Was disappointed that the only parking was a public lot 1.5 blocks away, and no valet service. I don't mind a walk, but it was snowing....
