great view and very spacious would definitely stay again

The view was excellent overlooking the Nerang river. Location was perfect as everything you need is a 2 minute walk.

Property location is great, very close to shops ,supermarkets nearby etc But this is a tired property and desperately in need of upgrading. During our stay you could not leave windows open due to teenagers or rowdy people screaming shouting or singing outside at 2 or 3am could get a sleep properly after that time this seemed to be going on almost 7 nights!. Even one night around 2am a speeding jetskier in the river with music playing loud wake us up! Another night a close to fight clash between teenagers in the nextdoor park prevented by police intervention. A few homeless sleeps in that park all day and dont sleep at night talk loud and shout. Nice and helpful receptionist was attentive to our request to get the semi blocked sinks to get cleaned promptly in our first day.

Great location, close to everything. Stay at Mooring 5 nights at room 70, floor need moping, room need dusting.

Location was great. Information and help from the front desk was great. Pool very clean and tidy.

Liked the room layout Below ground parking was very tight difficult in a large vehicle

so close to the main strees, the super market, the water. the staff were so friendly, and the areas for the use of guest was so clean and tidy
