Hotel was truly excellent. Very clean, very new, very friendly service. Extremely coincidental and convenient paid parking lot across the street. The only negative I had is really more about the area. It’s in the middle of downtown which makes it convenient, but because of the proximity to the jail and various bail bonds places, there are MANY sketchy characters walking around the area. Although I suppose this seems to maybe be a bigger issue in Denver anyway. Due to COVID, the grab and go pre-packaged breakfasts were really not all that good, but I guess there’s only so much the hotel can do. Still, overall very much enjoyed my stay!

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with wonderful staff! The downside is there is a homeless shelter next door, and on the other side a 24/7 bail bonds location, as well as three more behind the hotel. There is not much in walking distance, and it isn’t safe walking at night. We paid for parking as street parking in that area seemed unsafe as well. Unfortunate location because we REALLY enjoyed the hotel! The rooms had little kitchens and there was a cute little store downstairs (expensive but convenient)

Walls were thin and the beds were loud and squeaky when moving. We had to call for towels and toilet paper during our stay. When we received our towels they gave us everything except wash towels only to claim they didn't have any prepared. The shower floors are extremely slippery and we had to place a towel down inside to prevent falling. Our overall stay was ok for the most part.

We had a great stay, the only thing we had a concern about was parking. We had to get out of our car just to get access inside of the gate to parking. Unsafe! You should be able to pull up, swipe card.

Great location! Everything is either a cheap Uber, scooter/bike ride, or a nice walk away. If you drive everywhere downtown you have to pay for parking so that’s up to you. Decent dispensary around the corner, they keep everything clean and it smells like fresh cinnamon rolls everyday. Room was great, nice bathroom and big comfy clean bed. Nice views from the room. We will be back.

I’ve stayed here twice now, the first time it was very clean and comfortable. The second was less clean and no towels in the room when I arrived. Not a big deal they brought me some towels, but it was noticeably less clean than the first room. Still a great room for the price and location. I found free metered parking right across the street, it’s free after 6. They had to go bags for breakfast meals and coffee which was nice. Mostly quiet, a few nights had some rowdy hallways. I would stay again though.
