Stayed one night and it was a good stay. I did not like that you share a balcony with your neighbor. Luckily no one was in the room next to us. We did have a cigarette butt in our room next to the toilet when we checked in. Hotel staff was super awesome though. It was a nice place

Great location!!!

Very clean and following Covid protocol 💯! King balcony room was over looking pool. Location was perfect. Front entrance was on Iberville Street which is one block from Bourbon Street. The backside of hotel was on Bourbon St and Canal Street. Red Fish Grill is attached to hotel but closed during the week. Street Cars right there on cCanal Street. Will be back to this hotel

It was a nice hotel; nothing impressive

1/2 of the blackout curtain was missing that was a bummer because we needed to sleep late A hotel attendant took my phone number and still barged right in my room when he needed me to close the balcony doors I understand the doors needed to be closed but you had my number you could have just called me instead of barging into my room

Great location if you want to be in the French Quarter.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, and located in such a convenient place. The hotel IS old, but the renovations are beautifully done. Our room was spotlessly clean. We had a 2nd floor balcony room which overlooked Bourbon St.

The room was clean and beautiful. Staff was awesome, they were all friendly and ready to help

I liked the court yard view, and the staff were really nice. The Hyatt didn't disappoint.
