The hotel itself was in very good condition and the rooms were very nice, very clean! they are furnished with very nice upscale furnishings and the beds were very comfortable But what made the visit so nice was the staff was absolutely so polite and helpful ! The only suggestion would be that the breakfast offering was continental type and would certainly appreciate 'real breakfast" bacon eggs, etc. being available.

Amazing stay all together. Close to all the entertainment, and drinks. Was what I expected during COVID, so It was fantastic. Even though a ton of places were closed, food and drink were plentiful. Beds were amazing, robes were nice quality, walking distance was amazing, hotel staff were plentiful and helpful, and bathroom was huge. Tim was an amazing employee and big shout out to him! Roll Tide.

Wonderful staff and conveniently located to Canal and Bourbob street.

The staff was super helpful. They bent over backwards for the guests they did have. Very clean and all staff masked up. We were in Nola visiting Tulane, New Orleans is taking a major hit with this pandemic. It’s so sad, very depressing downtown. Thank you for taking the e tea step to make your guests feel safe.

I didn't like that wifi is not free. Modern era wifi should be available

The hotel feel and vibe was wonderful!!! Lots of lounge areas, restaurant and great bar area!

Everything was great, but be warned that parking is $49 per day. I guess this is true whether it is during mardi gras or not.
