The hotel is well designed. It was very clean. Our king room was very spacious and I could see it being easily comfortable foe an extended stay! The bathroom/ shower was nice and had convenient updates like a shave ledge and shower gel dispenser. Breakfast was good. The employee who checked us in on the evening of 9/3 was very nice and hospitable; unfortunately he wasn’t there the next night when we needed help with the room key. Lastly, the bed was SO comfortable!! And they had normal size pillows!!

This hotel like the other Home 2Suites is a very nice place to stay. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Not very far off of I75 and very easy to find.

When we checked in, I had to go to the desk 2 times because the key did t open the door. Finally someone came up with a machine to open the door but the door didn’t open someone were still in the room. The bathroom floor had and corner of the wall had a big nasty looking stain on it, I tried to get it up, the kitchen counter wasn’t as clean as it should have been, I wiped it down with Clorox wipes and the sheets and pillowcases where very wrinkle . Overall the room did not seem cleaned .

The staff at the desk were always friendly when we came in or had questions. Our stay was quiet and we were able to enjoy our time there. The room was spotless with plenty of space for our family.

Would not stay here again. There was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. The lamp in the living room was missing the bulb. No soap in the bathroom. When we went to the front desk to get soap the person first said we could just use the soap from the dispenser in the shower. The check in took over 30 minutes because they only had one person working and since it was Friday evening there were multiple groups checking in. I had also switched my reservation to this hotel because they had an indoor pool that was open. When I called to verify the pool was open they said it was but did not mention that they had reduced hours and the pool closed early. I paid $150 more for this hotel than the other hotel I had booked so my kids could swim. Since the check in took so long we did not make it down to the pool until 8:05 pm only to discover that the pool now closes at 8:00 instead of 10:00. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites before and really liked them but I would not stay at this one again. Very, very unhappy with this stay.

Thought since it was a Hilton it would be nice. Lobby was full of a wedding party during Covid. We couldn't even go thru lobby without being caught between people. Brought 2 grand kids with us and they were afraid to leave the room. The lobby smelled horrible from the cooking that was going on IN THE LOBBY. When I asked about the odor the desk person told me to put a new mask on. Are you kidding me. We should have left right then . Can't believe they are even in business. Also when I mentioned hairs on my sheets she fluffed it off. Don't stay there. Wish I had photos but my phone died also .

My room was next to the elevator. There were people in and out of the elevator all night until at least 4am. People were slamming doors and congregating in the hall talking loud all night. The hotel said they couldn't change my room so I checked out the next morning. I ended up with a migraine due to the lack of sleep and the hotel manager Chris was not accommodating and refused a refund for the remaining unused nights. There is no way I could stay another night in that same room with no sleep but the hotel was not empathetic and I would NEVER stay there again. NEVER!!!!
