This “hotel” was more like a hostel for $250/night!! Entrance is NOT on Piazza Novona but through a dark hallway, through a gate and upstairs. Room was very small and dark with 1 small window looking at a wall. Also down a dark hallway. There was no WiFi password given and due to the limited desk hours, no one available to give that information. Air conditioning did not work which made sleeping difficult. Toiletries consisted of 1 almost empty bottle of lotion. As a single woman, I was very uncomfortable with the access (first floor was open to other businesses). It was difficult to open the big gate with a key(one of 4keys given to me).to gain access to stairs and then to the room. I am very disappointed that hotels.com would list this property-certainly not as advertised. Would never stay here again. The price charged was outrageous for the accommodation.
