The food at the daily restaurant was inedible. The service at the pool and restaurant was nonexistent. The management was incompetent. This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed

The snorkeling and service are the best you'll find. The property is slowly undergoing updating. The rooms are just okay, but for us everything else makes up for it. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were more than adequate and quite pleasant. Wifi was fairly good, but would have been nice if its range was past the lobby to the dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Location is great. The hotel is reasonably close to the downtown and airport. There is a car rental office inside for those who wants to go around the island. The buildings are clean and have a style , but you can see some wear due to time. The bathrooms need some renovation. But the rest is super good especially the long and beautiful beach. The laguna next to the hotel is perfect for sweeping and snorkeling.

Great location and staff. Food is fine but unless you want to get up at 6AM and stand in line for an hour don’t even bother trying to get reservations for the restaurant for dinner. Can’t understand why you just can’t call it in from the room. Only negative thing I have to say. All else was great!

The rooms especially the bathrooms needed Some attention there was mold in the shower door tracking had to request an upgrade to a higher floor to get the remodeled rooms and additional cost which was unexpected. The staff was wonderful they were very helpful as the week went on We became more Comfortable. The food was hit and miss breakfast was always good dinners we chose to eat elsewhere overall a good stay but probably would not return to this resort
