Functional accommodations. Well set up for the remote work I needed to accomplish. Several little things dragged down the experience. For example, if you don't want a hot breakfast, other choices are limited and so-so quality. I like yogurt and they had none on day 1. Housekeeping was inattentive; they neglected to leave caffeinated coffee, took my nearly empty shampoo but failed to replace it, elevator floor was sticky one day....AC was blasting on my head when I tried to sleep until I just shut off the vent. Regarding eco considerations, on the good side they clean selectively and not every day unless asked, so you're not wildly wasting towel. On the bad side, every cup is plastic, nothing reusable to be had.
