綺麗に掃除してあり良かった。

Toilet bowl was dirty and room was never clean during the entire 4 nights of stay. Breakfast bag was not good it’s like a snack bag for kids

Clean and staff are honest and very helpful

Arrived floors had ice almost slipped 😒! Second receptionist was rude and unprofessional!! Room was nice clean 😃 woke up early for breakfast only muffins and coffee what a disappointment no cup asked the receptionist she called someone and they never came 😒 my husband was upset because he a coffee drinker!!! The receptionist was sleepy or height on something that we couldn’t understand her and her eyes kept closing what a disappointment upset not returning!!! Also we had made reservations for 2 days we had to leave early do to family emergency we asked the receptionist if will charge us for second day she said no we left before check out time they still charged me for 2 days. How can I get reimbursement!! Not a happy stay

Early checkin was not available.I know this request cannot always be met, but the CustomerRep made it seem like unless we chose valet parking, our room wasn't available before 4pm. The whole floor smelled like weed. Our room had a really strong smell of weed. Might've been the ac, i don't know. There was hair in the bathroom. I don't think the sheets were changed, they were wrinkled like they had been slept on already. The dining floor area had not been cleaned. I wonder if they sanitized due to covid.

Loved it

We used to go to this La Quinta as our favorite hotel to stay in San Antonio for so many years! The hotel is renovated and it’s very clean, nice and fresh. I loved the had sanitizer all over the places including the receptionist/front desks and on all over the elevator entrances...... I just had a very bad experience with the AC that wasn’t working all night long and no take away breakfast with coffee or tea. Other hotels are doing this and it’s pretty helpful for someone who has to go to a one day college lab in San Antonio. Holiday Inn Express and Suits at Medical-Six flags had provided to go breakfast even with COVID-19. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, juice, and a banana. We truly understand that we are in the middle of this Pandemic, however, hotels need to do their best to accommodate their guests in an comfortable and decent manner.

Lack of toilet paper, toilet wouldn't flush, lamp near bed didn't work, the tub kept dripping water while it was closed. Small closet.

The good : downtown location and good coffee. The not so good : beds were too wobbly and the on the go breakfast bag was a joke ( besides the water bottle everything else was TINY : orange, bar and muffin) went back for a second cup of coffee but they had taken that away too. Overall I felt I overpaid for what is worth

I was concerned that the Hotel definitely does not meet the standards of any La Quinta property that I have stayed in. $25 per night to park your car, sack breakfast (muffin, orange, granola bar, water) are you serious? For the price charged by this unit, parking should definitely be free and the breakfast definitely should be better. I have 6 people, 2 rooms and the bathrooms were stocked for 2 people only. When was the last time this room had the carpet cleaned? Bottom line... Better rooms and service at a Motel 6 than here, for 1/4 the price..
